Circa 1724. Brown brick with red brick dressings. No 18 has a painted facade.
Moulded brick cornice above 2nd floor (except No 14). Segmental arches to flush
frame windows, majority with glazing bars. The 1st floor frames of No 18 are
enriched with a trellis pattern. No 10 has a wooden doorcase with Doric rusticated
pilasters No 14 - Stucco door surround with architraves and cornice supported
on console brackets. No 13 round arched stucco door surround with key, recessed
entrance with fanlight. Nos 10, 12 and 14 have shop fronts. No 14 derelict (1971).

The road surface of Folgate Street, Nos 5 to 11 (odd) & 11A, Nos 17 to 21 (odd),
No 27 and Nos 6 to 18 (even) form a group.
