Late C19/early C20. Stock brick with red brick ground floor, red brick and white
stone dressings. In 2 parts, east end of north elevation has 6 bays with gabled,
tiled roof. 2 bay section, with parapet, at west end. Panelled chimneys. Stone
band between storeys. Windows paired on 1st 2 storeys and grouped, triple lights
on top floor. Ground floor windows, round arches, 1st floor, flat arches in round
arched brick recesses. 3rd floor, arched lights. All between red brick pilasters.
End bay blank.
Facades to Kelsey Street and Mape Street, now generally visible across park land.
