1902. Built by LCC to house lift shaft and entrance to pedestrian tunnel to Greenwich. Circular red brick building with domed glass roof. Exterior panelled brickwork,double entrances with moulded architraves and plaque above. Plain tiled interior.Mahogany panelled lift.
