Circa 1760. Brown brick, roof not visible. Cornice at 3rd floor. Band at 1st
floor sill height. 4 storeys, basement and added attic. Windows recessed sashes
with glazing bars. Wood doorcase with plain Ionic columns, pulvinated frieze
and bracketed cornice with pediment. Semi-circular fanlight, archivolt with key
and moulded impost blocks.

Nos 60 to 70 (even) form a group.
