Circa 1715. Brown brick with red brick dressings. Parapet. Moulded brick string
at 2nd floor, plain band at 1st floor. 3 storeys and basement, 3 windows, slightly
recessed and with segmental arches, sashes without glazing bars. Flat cornice
door hood on carved brackets, western one now buried in adjoining shop partition.
8 panelled door. Wrought iron railings. Steps.

The Drinking Fountain and Nos 107 to 113 (odd) form a group with the Anchor Brewery
buildings.
