C18 early. Yellow stock brick, hipped roofs, part pantiled, behind parapet. 3
storeys and basement. No 17, 2 windows. No 19 has 3. Recessed and semi-recessed
sashes to windows with red gauged flat arches. Entrance doors with semi-circular
fanlight (No 17 blocked). Panelled pilaster doorcase and bracketed hood with
panelled soffit. No 19 pedimented.

The Terrace, No 5 (Netteswell House) and Nos 15 to 21 (odd) form a group with
the Church and Priory of Our Lady of the Assumption, Victoria Park Square.
