1866. Brick and stone building with triple span slate roof, surmounted by a turret
and a cupola supported on 8 pillars. Turret has a carved stone clock with bas
relief floral centre motif. Building has stone balustrade above eaves cornice
and additional enriched bands. 2 storeys, 3 windows with pediments, some with
pilasters. Centre 1st floor has broken pediment with a bust of Queen Adelaide.
Ground floor pilasters to windows and columns to door, of Doric order, archivolt
and inner panelled pilasters, keystone and plain fanlight. Stone panelled plinth
and quoins. Side elevation to Ivimey Street has 9 windows and central doorway.
