C18. Stock brick with some patching. Coped parapet, roof not visible. Brick
band course. 4 storeys and basement. Ground floor windows with architraves.
All sash windows, except those of ground floor. Fine doorcase with pediment and
engaged columns with fluted capitals. Round headed doorway with architrave and
impost bands. Decorative fanlight, panelled door. Interior has elliptical arch
at stair base.

Nos 23 to 25 (consec), No 30 and Church of the English Martyrs form a group.
