Circa 1700. Queen Anne House. Brown brick with moulded brick band at 1st floor.
Bold wooden modillion eaves under cornice. Tiled roof. 2 storeys, basement and
pedimented dormers. 5 windows with red brick dressings and gauged flat arches.
Sasehs with flus frames and glazing bars. Doorcase with panelled pilasters and
carved scroll brackets supporting fine shell hood. Entrance steps with wrought
iron railings and gate with fine wrought iron overthrow.
Inside, fine contemporary staircase, panelling and 2 marble fireplaces, one with
pediment.

Nos 27A to 37 (odd) form a group.
