1899. At rear or north side of Sunbury House. Eight units with four workshops to each. Red brick with gabled slate roofs of low pitch. Two storeys. Each of eight units has central doors on each floor with beam above for loading and large window with glazing bars at each side.

The Boundary Estate is an early LCC estate of advanced design for its period. It contains a variety of architectural details and its streets radiate from a central raised park in Arnold Circus. The entire estate forms a group.
