First half of C19. Yellow brick with stucco cornice and blocking course. Slate
roofs. 3 storeys and basements. 2 windows with gauged flat arches, recessed
windows with glazing bars. 1st floor, in shallow, round headed recesses and ground
floor with round-headed openings. Centre (Nos 39 to 42) stucco ground floor and
pilasters through 1st and 2nd floors, with pediment above centre 2. Fanlights
and pilasters to doors.

Nos 1 to 48 (consec) and Nos 53 to 64 (consec) form a group with the Cooper's
Company School, Morgan Street.
