C18. Brick with some patching. Cornice with blocking course, roof not visible. Stone band at third floor sill height. Four storeys, four windows: recessed, mostly with glazing bars. Ground floor altered. Rear two storeys above ground floor of red brick with five windows and flush frames with glazing bars. Iron railings at front with decorative panels.

The Roman Wall, the Merchant Navy Memorial, First World War section with the Port of London Authority Building and Lamps, Trinity House, Railings & Forecourt and Nos 41 and 43 form a group.
