Mid/later C19. Stock brick with white stone gabled end. Gothic style. 1 large
west window above gabled door with gothic arch. Facade to Old Ford Road has high
plinth and buttresses. Important focal point at corner site. Included for
group value.

The Church and Priory of Our Lady of the Assumption form a group with The Terrace,
No 5 (Nettleswell House) and Nos 15 to 21 (odd) Old Ford Road.
