Mid/later C19. Jacobean style. Stock brick with stucco bands and window dressings.
6 bays in all, 3 storeys but gable end has 4 storeys. Windows with mullions and
transoms. Tudor arched stone doorway. Included for group value.

The Church and Priory of Our Lady of the Assumption form a group with The Terrace,
No 5 (Nettleswell House) and Nos 15 to 21 (odd) Old Ford Road.
