Mid/late C19. Gothic style. Stock brick with red brick and stone dressings.
Slate roof. 6 bay, 6 storey main, or western, section with 2 bay, gabled, 4 storey
eastern section. End and centre bays of facade have parapet between gables.
3 light windows with stone mullions. Bottom 4 storeys have windows in shallow
arched recesses. 5th storey windows with relieving arches above and top floor
windows with gothic arches. Now being converted to residential use.

The iron railings and paved roadway of Wapping Pier Head form a group with
Nos 1 to 15 (consec) and No 4½, Town of Ramsgate Public House, Oliver's Wharf
and this section of the wall and entrance to London Docks, and 4 Bollards,
Wapping Old Stairs, Wapping High Street.
