Side elevation dated 1895 but southern part probably mid C19. Jacobean style.
Red brick with terracotta stone dressings. 2 storeys and gables. Ground floor
entirely arcaded, 1st floor approached by a side external brick staircase with
an open arcade. Entrance to staircase under a gable with scrolls similar to those
on main building. 1st floor has 4 windows of 2, 3, 3 and 3 lights each with mullions
and transoms. Semi-circular windows with radial glazing bars under gables. Eaves
cornice and blocking course.
