1807. By Thomas Morris, resident engineer. Stock brick with stucco dressings
and hipped slate roofs. Two storeys, six bays, 2:2:2, the centre set forward.
The ground floor has been altered, the central doorway replaced by two windows,
modern doors now in bays 2 and 5. Outer arched windows with segiiental pediments
and stucco architraves. Upper floor windows all sashes with glazing bars,
architraves and pediments and cill band. Balustraded parapet with central
vestigial pediment. North elevation 1:3:1 bays. South elevation lowered, two
windows separated by chimney stack. The stucco embellishments are a mid C19
alteration.
