Row of firemen's cottages. 1904-5. Designed by the Fire Brigade section of
the London County Council Architects' Department. Brick; hipped tiled roofs
to deep eaves. 2 storeys. Each cottage 1 bay wide, plus entrance. Sashed windows,
set in pairs, beneath segmental brick arches to upper floor and beneath square
headed arches to ground floor. Square headed entrances with panelled timber
doors, set in pairs beneath segmental brick arched projecting porches with
tiled lean to roofs. An integral part of Millwall Fire Station scheme.
