?1868; designed by Joseph Clarke? 2 entrances through 2 open timber-framed structures
with tall hipped tile roofs, northern entrance wider and taller and with much
higher- roof; metal cresting to both roofs. Eastern sides of entrances clad in
flint walling and punctuated by pointed moulded stone arches with corbels, northern
arch taller. Against northern parts of north entrance, a lean-to outshut with
flint walls and tile roof with a doorway in west side, with a quatrefoil crowned
by a gable in north wall and with a small round-headed window in east wall.
Inscription above north entrance: "All that are in the graves shall hear/The
voice of God and shall come forth". Wooden gates with panels of turned uprights
inset within wooden frame.

Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, Lychgates, Churchyard Walls and wall along
Church Lane, Orangery Wall, Beddington Place, gate and screen, Pigeon House,
Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Beddington Park Cottages, premises occupied by Hockey Club
and adjoining structure, East Lodge, wall south-west of Beddington Park Cottages
and garden walls to north of Orangery and Beddington Place form a group.
