Late C18 exterior. 2 storeys, painted weatherboarding. Hipped old tile roof,
central stack on ridge. Rear outshut. No 17 has 2-light casement above and
small modern plate glass window below it; plank door with flat hood on brackets
to left hand. No 19 has small 3-light casement above and below. C20 glazed
porch.

Nos 1 to 25 (odd) Park Lane form a group with Nos 45 to 57 (odd) The Broadway,
with Nos 1 to 9 (odd) Malden Road, with garden wall to north of Nos 1 and 3
Malden Road, with the Rectory garden walls and laundry in grounds of Rectory.
