Nos 21 and 23: early C19, 2 storeys, colourwashed roughcast, 2 window bays;
sash windows with glazing bars. Doorways with reeded architraves with angle
roundels and small flat hoods. Reeded edged flush panelled doors. No 23 has
old insurance sign. No 25 is to rear: C16 to C17 core, Weatherboarding, ground
floor walls partly rebuilt in yellow brick. Tile roof. 2 storeys with gablet
and hipped roof over 1-storey lean-to at back. Interior: steep chamfered beam,
beam with bowtel moulding, part of original bressumer reset in reconstructed
fireplace.

Nos 1 to 25 (odd) Park Lane form a group with Nos 45 to 57 (odd) The Broadway,
with Nos 1 to 9 (odd) Malden Road, with garden wall to north of Nos 1 and 3
Malden Road, with the Rectory garden walls and laundry in grounds of Rectory .
