Early C19 exterior. 2 storeys whitened stucco. 2 parallel ranges, north range
slightly lower. 3-3-2 sash windows to front range, the centre 3 windows in full
height canted stucco bay. Hipped slate roof. Sash windows with glazing bars
also to rear range. West end of house has an exposed section of C17 timber framing
indicating an earlier core to the house.
Church Farm House forms a group with the Boundary Wall to former West Cheam
Manor House (see Church Farm Lane), with Lumley Chapel, with the Church of
St Dunstan, with the Lychgate and with Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Church Road.
