C18 front to a possibly older core. 2 storeys. 2 window bays. Pantile roof
with half-hip to right hand. Red brick cladding to street face. Sash windows
with glazing bars and horns; rubbed brick voussoirs. 2 steps lead up to doorway
which has flat hood on brackets; 4-panelled door with top 2 panels glazed.

The Water Pavilion at Carshalton House and boundary wall to Carshalton House
in West Street form a group with Nos 3 to 11 (odd) and No 15 West Street with
Nos 2 to 12 and 18 to 24 (even) West Street and with The Old Rectory, Festival
Walk.
