C18. Southern portion, No 10, was originally an open-sided barn, datable according to documents to circa 1720; this has now been converted to a house. One storey, painted weatherboarded cladding to west and south walls. Modern openings, from right to left hand, modern dormer with vehicular entry below, three-light casement, weatherboarded porch, four-light casement with small panes.

Northern portion, No 10A, of two storeys; one sash window above and modern square two sashed bay with cornice to ground floor. Door at side. Old tile roof; two parallel ranges; rear range lower.

Nos 2 to 12 (even) Nos 18, 20, 22 and 24 form a group with Nos 3 to 11 (odd) and No 15 West Street, with the Water Pavilion to Carshalton House, with the boundary wall to Carshalton House in West Street and with The Old Rectory, Festival Walk.
