Early C19 exterior which for a period until circa 1937 comprised 2 separate blocks;
these are now joined by a 2-storey portion [work of Holland and Boakes local
builders). Each early C19 block of 2 storeys, stucco, 4 sash front, bands. Cornice
at top of parapet. Ground floor windows with jalousies.
