GV II

Detached house. Probably early C19. Timber framed, weatherboarded, on brick base.
Old tiled roof, steeply pitched to eaves. 2 storeys. 3 bays with 1-storey lean-to
bay to left. Exposed timber posts between bays. Central square-headed entrance,
planked door. Square-headed casement windows, with timber hoods. Rear facade
similar but with long central window. Exposed rafters. Included for group value.
