Early 19th Century stucco lodge. Street elevation a modified triumphal arch
composition in 3-bays with a tall slightly advanced, 2-storey centre flanked by
single-storey wings. In the centre, the single windows (flat-headed with cornice
hood on ground floor and round-headed above) are set in a 2-storey round-arched
recess with a key-block. There is a bandcourse at first-floor level and the
elevation is crowned by a cornice and blocking. The bandcourse continues across
the wings which have round-arched windows with key blocks.
Above the bandcourse each wing has a blind attic, cornice and blocking. Right-
hand return with canted bay.
