Terrace house with shop. c1835, probably supervised by Samuel Beazley in
uniformity with Nos 20 to 26 even Wellington Street q.v. Stock brick, slate
roof. 4 storeys. One window wide. Ground floor shop front altered mid C20 but
retaining wooden frame with entablature-fascia. Upper floors have recessed
glazing bar sashes, under flat gauged arches. Plain stucco plat band to 1st
floor. Rendered parapet. 1st floor has elegant cast iron balconette.
