Mews cum garden building. Early C18 c.1725 with c.1811 alterations and early to mid
C20 rebuild of Three Kings Yard elevation. Stock brick with slate roof. Two storeys
and basement. Rear elevation to garden of 65 Brook Street is 3 windows wide: central
doorway with semicircular radial glazed fanlight; revealed glazing bar sashes under
flat gauged arches. Parapet with coping. Cast iron area railings with spear heads and
urn finials. Glass brick windows to Three Kings Yard front and garage doors.
Interior: rear ground floor room retains box cornice and one wall of fielded panelling
of early C18 date. Included for interest as early mews house.
