House. Early/mid C19, altered. Stucco facade, channelled to ground floor; slate
mansard. Three storeys plus basement and mansard attic. Irregular fenestration;
five windows wide. Doorway to centre bay, square headed with C20 door. Square
headed windows with architraves; cornices to first and second storey windows.
Sashes, glazing bars. Cast iron area railings. Return to Trevor Street.
Adjoins 9-16 Trevor Street but forms part of Trevor Square planned layout (qv).
