5.2.70 Nos 9 to 16 (consec).
Stepped row of houses. Early/mid C19. Yellow brick. Channelled stucco to
ground floor; roofs mainly not visible. Three storeys and basements. Nos 9 to
12 with mansard attic. Each house two windows wide. Panelled doors to left in
arched recesses with patterned fanlights. Gauged brick square headed windows,
mainly sashed, retaining glazing bars. First floor balconies of "Gothick"
pattern parapets. Area railings. Part of planned layout with 1-8 Trevor Street
and Trevor Square (qv).
