Terraced town house. c.1800 (with some slightly later dressings) Portman
Estate development. Stock brick with channelled stucco ground floor and
stucco window dressings; concealed slate roof. 5 storeys and basement. 4
windows wide. Semicircular arched, architrave-lined doorway, in 2nd bay
from right; panelled door under fluted head and fanlight. Recessed sashes
and casements in architrave surrounds, those on ground floor with
vermiculated keystones, those on 1st floor with cornices on consoles.
Plat band finishing off ground floor stuccowork and stucco sill bands to
upper floors. Parapet with stone coping . Continuous, wrought iron
balcony of delicate arcaded pattern to 1st floor. Cast iron area railings
with urn finials. Included for group value only.
