Terraced town house. 1730-32 with mid C.19 and early C.20
alterations. Stucco faced, slate roof. 4 storeys, basement and
dormered mansard,3 windows wide. Entrance to left hand, square headed
doorway with 6-panel door and rectangular fanlight framed by thin
pilasters with elongated console-brackets carrying cornice-hood.
Nearly flush sashes and casements in shallow architraves, those on 1st
floor with individual cornices and those on 2nd floor with shallow
entablatures linked up by cornice string. Bracketed crowning cornice
and blocking course. Wrought iron area railings. Principally
Edwardian interiors retaining a few earlier mouldings,doorcases etc.
