Terraced house with garage entrance. c.1810-20, as part of
J.T. Parkinson's Montagu Square Portman Estate development and of same
build as Nos. 7 to 11 (odd) q.v. Stock brick with stucco ground floor;
concealed slate roof. 4 storeys. 2 windows wide. Mid C.20 garage doors
inserted in ground floor. Recessed sashes under flat gauged arches to
upper floors. 1st floor plat band. Crowning stucco cornice and blocking
course. Cast iron curved loop pattern balcony to 1st floor. Included
for group value only.
