Pair of houses, including front garden wall and gatepiers. Mid C19. Brick,
stuccoed, channelled to ground floor. Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys and basement,
6 bays. The outer bays are vermiculated at ground floor level and contain
panelled doors with overlights in pilaster surrounds. Sash windows with margin
lights, glazing bars to 2nd floor. Ground floor windows have lost their vertical
glazing bars. Keyed channelled lintels to ground floor. Architraves above, with
cornices on consoles to lst floor. Floor bands. Cornice. Stucco balustraded
front wall and gatepiers, No 38 has gatepiers and lintel.
