Terrace. Mid C19. Yellow-brown brick in Flemish bond with stucco dressings.
Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys and basement. 7 bays in all arranged 2:3:2.
Entrances to outer bays and centre approached by flight of steps, balustraded
under cornice on consoles. Sashes with glazing bars or margin lights, except 3
C20 casements to 2nd floor. Sill bands. Overhanging hipped roof. Linked to No
27 (qv) and No 19 (qv) by brick garages. Included for group value only.
