Corner terrace house. Late C18. Yellow stock brick with stuccoed ground floor,
slate roof. Four storeys and basement. Three windows wide. Ground floor rusticated;
semicircular arched doorway with decorated radial glazed fanlight to left hand.
Revealed glazing bar sash windows under gauged flat arches to upper floors. Moulded
string course to first floor. Parapet with coping. Six window return to Bentinck
Street. Cast iron area railings with urn finials. Interior retains cut string
staircase with wrought iron banisters, cornices and friezes, doorcases and marble and
carved wood fireplaces etc.
