Nos 26 and 28
Pair of semidetached villas. Circa 1840. Stucco; low pitched slate roof to
eaves. 3 storeys, each 2 windows wide including outer recessed bays with round
headed entrances and panelled doors. Channelling to ground floor and segmental
bay window to centre bay of each house, with tripartite sashed windows and
cornices over. Square headed windows, within pilastered surrounds and pediments
to first floor centre bays. Second floor windows comprising paired arched
windows to centre bays. Sashes, square glazing bars; casements to second floor
windows. Openwork balustrade to No 26 above bay window. Bracketed eaves.
