Terrace of houses. Early C19. Yellow brick. Stucco to ground floor. Roof not
visible except to Nos 4, 5 add 8, which have leaded mansards. Centre pair and
end pairs set forward slightly; pedimented centre pair. 4 storeys and basement.
Each house 2 windows wide. Round headed entrances. Various panelled doors.
First floor cast iron balconies of anthemion design. Square headed windows,
gauged heads, sashes, mostly glazing bars. French casements to first floor.
Cornice above third floor. Cast iron spearhead area railings. No 8 with GLC
plaque to Henry Gray, 1825 to 1861, anatomist, who lived there.
