Terraced town house, c1770 Portland Estate development. Stock brick with
channelled stucco ground floor; slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 2 windows
wide. Square headed doorway to left with panelled door, side lights and
fanlight. Recessed sashes, under flat gauged red brick arches to upper floors.
Plat band over ground floor stuccowork. Parapet with coping. Plumbed spike
finials to cast iron area railings. Interior retains staircase with slender
turned balusters, cornices and good statuary marble chimneypieces to ground
floor and 1st floor front rooms; etc.
