Terraced town house. c.1810-20 Portman Estate development. Stock brick
with stuccoed ground floor; concealed slate roof. 4 storeys and basement.
3 windows wide. Segmental arched doorway to right; panelled door with
moulded jambs and head, patterned fanlight. Recessed glazing bar sashes,
under flat gauged arches to upper floors. Stuccowork finished off with
plat band at 1st floor level. Crowning stucco cornice and blocking
course. Continuous, cast iron geometric patterned balcony to 1st floor.
Cast iron area railings with urn finials.
