Terraced house. c.1822 by Decimus Burton, built as the Regent's Arms public
house, subsequently altered to house. Stucco; slate roof. 3 storeys. 3
windows wide. Doorway and ground floor windows set in elliptical arched
recesses. 1st floor glazing bar sashes set in shallow blind arcade, plain glazing
bar sashes to 2nd floor. Cornice over ground floor and crowning cornice with
balustraded parapet. Anthemion patterned cast iron balconettes to 1st floor.
