Terraced town house. 1765. Ashlar faced with slate roof. 3 storeys and base-
ment. 3 windows wide. Rusticated ground floor with semi-circular arched open-
ings, that to right containing doorway in pilaster frame with cornice hood.
Revealed sash windows, no glazing bars in architrave surrounds, those on 1st
floor with pulvinated friezes and cornices, the central window with pediment on
consoles. 1st floor plat band; bracketed cornice and balustraded parapet.
Wrought iron area railings with a pair of wrought iron lampholders. The entrance
hall has fluted Corinthian pilasters and enriched frieze and cornice, cut string
stone staircase with wrought iron balustrade - otherwise altered internally.
