GV II

Terrace house. Early C18, altered. Yellow stock brick, plate roof.
5 storeys. 3 windows wide. Top 2 floors added early C19. Ground
floor altered with painted brickwork and insertion of mid C20 shop
front but retaining doorway to right with semicircular fanlight of
radial glazing pattern. Revealed sash windows, no glazing bars, under
flat gauged arches. Original main cornice above 2nd floor; parapet
with coping. Early C19 cast iron balconettes to 1st, 2nd and 3rd
floor windows. Included for group interest only.
