Nos 78 to 90 (even)


Terrace of houses. Circa 1845. Brick. Stucco dressings and channelling to
ground floor. Slated attic mansards to 78 and 84. Each house 2 windows wide. 3
storeys and basement. Slightly projecting porches to ground floor with
squarepiers. Panelled doors. Round headed windows in semicircular reveals to
ground floor. First floor continuous balustraded balcony (gone from No 78).
Square headed windows, architraved above ground floor. Sashes, some margin
glazing, some plate glass. End houses set forward slightly with rusticated
quoins. Console cornice. Parapet. Cast iron area railings. A particularly well
preserved example.
