Terraced house. c.1815-20 Portman Estate development. Stock brick with
channelled stucco ground floor. 4 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide.
Semicircular arched doorway to left with panelled door in pilaster jambs,
cornice doorhead and fanlight. Recessed sashes, under stuccoed flat
arches to upper floors. 1st floor plat band. Parapet with stone coping.
Geometric patterned original cast iron balcony across 1st floor. Original
cast iron area railings.
