Terrace of houses. End houses set forward slightly. Early C19, altered.
Stucco. Green slate mansard roofs. 3 storeys, attic, attic in mansard;
basement. Each house 3 windows wide. Doric projecting porches to ground floor,
fluted except to No 2. (Entrance to No 35 Eaton Place on return). Square headed
windows. Sashes, glazing bars, French casements to first floor. Continuous
first floor balcony, cast iron to end houses, stucco to rest. Cornice above
second floor. Subsidiary cornice to attic. Cast iron spearhead area railings.
