End of terrace town house. c.1750-60, stuccoed early C19, but gutted and
virtually rebuilt in facsimile in 1983. Stucco, slate roof. Corner site
with Hill Street. 5 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide
with 4-window return to Hill Street, 3 of them in full-height canted bay.
Recessed sashes with renewed glazing bars. Moulded cornice over 4th floor
and parapet with coping; 1st floor plat band. Cast iron balconettes to
1st floor. Cast iron area railings with urn finials. Prominent corner site.
