Town house c.1750. Blackened brick. Four storeys and basement. Three windows. Stone
architrave doorcase with cornice on consoles. Revealed glazing bar sashes under gauged
brick flat arches. First floor plat band. Moulded stone cornice at third floor level;
parapet with coping. Early C19 addition of continuous cast iron geometric patterned
balcony. Area has wrought iron railings and lamp standards. Interior has cut string
staircase with wrought iron balustrade and door furniture and plasterwork cornices and
friezes etc. Part of best remaining terrace of town houses in the square.
