Terraced town house. c.1790 Portman Estate development associated with
Baker Street. Stock brick with stuccoed ground floor; concealed slate
roof. 4 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide. Broad elliptical arched
doorway to left; panelled door in panelled jambs with side lights and
fluted head, fanlight. Recessed sashes apart from French casements on 1st
floor, under flat gauged red brick arches. Stuccowork finished off with
stringcourse at 1st floor level. Parapet with stone coping. Bowed
wrought iron balconettes to 1st floor. Cast iron area railings with urn
finials. Interior retains D plan staircase with delicate balustrade.
